Viral Malayalam Actress Swetha Menon Best Photos
Swetha Menon is currently facing a legal case where she was accused of acting in movies and ads that allegedly had obscene content. Someone complained that she appeared in films and a condom ad in a vulgar way, and they claimed she gained money from these roles.
But here’s the important update: The Kerala High Court has put a temporary stop on this case. The court said that proper legal procedure was not followed when the complaint was sent for investigation. They want to check if all the correct steps were taken before the police started looking into it.
Swetha's lawyers said these accusations are baseless and unfair. They mentioned that all the movies she acted in were officially certified by the censor board, and her performance in one movie even won her a Kerala State Award for Best Actress. She also denied any involvement with inappropriate websites as alleged.
The case came around the same time as Swetha was running to become president of the Malayalam film artists’ association, AMMA. Many believe the timing of the complaint was suspicious and possibly an attempt to affect the election.
